Downstairs: The 1,500 square foot downstairs level boasts three bedrooms and three bathrooms, along with laundry, kitchenette, gear closet, and living room
Bedroom #1 - queen bed/en-suite bath with soaking tub/shower
Bedroom #2 - queen bed/en-suite bath with soaking tub/shower
Bedroom #3 - queen bed (no en-suite bath, but the third bathroom on the downstairs level is off of the living room and was intended for guests staying in this bedroom
Living room: Full sized pull-out sleeper sofa bed.
Upstairs: The upstairs level is 1,500 square feet with a large sanctuary that includes a gourmet kitchen on the sanctuary stage, a living/dining area and a full bathroom with a Moroccan copper soaking tub.
Living room: Queen sized pull-out sleeper sofa bed. Bathroom on this level is intended for those sleeping on this level.
This property can comfortably accommodate 5-10 overnight guests.
Kitchen
Offer your own cooking sermon from the sanctuary stage with this gourmet kitchen that’s fully equipped with a 36” dual fuel gas range/electric oven, a deep single basin sink, a 12’ vintage island and natural stone countertops. Kitchen equipment includes: cookware, bakeware, hand mixer, blender, toaster, coffee maker, French press, Chemex pour-over, full-sized refrigerator, utensils, dishes, wine glasses/tumblers, table cloths, bar ware, basic spices (salt/pepper, lemon pepper, Italian seasoning, steak seasoning, onion powder, garlic salt, curry, and lime chili powder) olive oil, cooking spray, flour and sugar. On the downstairs level you’ll find a kitchenette ideal for storing additional food/drinks, or making coffee, etc.
Parking
Ample off-street parking can be found on the east side of the building near the side entrance where guests enter upon arrival. The parking lot easily accommodates 12 cars, or a mixture of cars, vans, RV, trailer, etc. Additional street parking can accommodate 5-8 more vehicles.
Gear Storage
If you’re in the area to take advantage of the amazing opportunities for outdoor recreation, you’ll be pleased to know we have designated gear storage. At the bottom of the lower level stairs you’ll find a gear closet with hardware to vertically hang skis/snowboards/helmets, along with room for a few bikes if needed. The large downstairs bathroom has a large washer/dryer, a drying rack, and plenty of hooks. It also has a boot/glove dryer.
Entertainment
Put on your own concert for friends and family with the inherited vintage upright piano or listen to your favorite music on the Sonos speakers as you cook and visit in the upstairs level living area. There are also various books, magazines, and maps for you to enjoy. In the downstairs living area you’ll find a 55” smart TV with streaming availability.
